The City Administrative Officer assists the Mayor in planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating all activities and functions of the City. The City Administrator advises the Mayor on policy formulation regarding problems in the City, maintains director relations with department heads on the implementation and administration of programs, and directs the City's financial planning, budgeting, and accounting practices.
