The mission of the Madisonville Police Department is to enhance the quality of life
in our community by working in partnership with the community and in accordance
with constitutional rights to enforce the laws, preserve the peace, reduce fear, and
provide for a safe environment

The primary mission of the personnel of the Madisonville Police Department
is to promote public safety with Integrity, Loyalty, Service and Pride.

The Madisonville Police Department has officers on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Madisonville-Hopkins County Central Dispatch is located in the Madisonville Police Department building, and is staffed by at least two operators at all times.
