Customer Service Department
Madisonville's citizens, business partners and visitors expect and deserve excellent customer service. To ensure a consistent delivery of outstanding service the mayor and city council created the position of Director of Customer Service.
The Customer Service Department serves as a direct link between the citizens of Madisonville and the various City departments.

Requests for services are received via GO Madisonville, a comprehensive electronic customer service program. The program enables residents and City staff to improve communications, to ensure requests for services or information are followed-up, and to provide reporting tools for City staff to properly route phone calls and e-mails to the correct department. Internal customer service training for City employees is a key component for providing excellent service. Training is facilitated by the Director of Customer Service on an ongoing basis.
